Students reviewed for academic progress for financial aid at the end of fall term were notified as soon as grades were final. Unfortunately, that coincided with the start of the winter season day closure. To give assistance, we have outlined guidance to follow while UC offices are closed for winter season days.

Fall 2021 degrees will be certified by December 24. Students should check Catalyst to confirm that their degree has been certified before ordering a transcript. Students can expect to receive electronic diplomas at the end of January 2022.

Visiting students should follow the registration steps for visiting students. During the winter season day closure, this process will be delayed. Please allow ample time for processing after offices reopen on Monday, January 3.

Students can check their Catalyst Tasks tile where a Service Indicator has been added to any student not in compliance. You can find more information on requirements, exemptions and more on the COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement webpage.

You can submit proof of vaccination via the UC COVID Check app (available for free in your app store) or email to UCCOVIDCheck@ucmail.uc.edu. Faculty, staff, and students may apply for an exemption from the Covid-19 vaccine requirement by completing the appropriate exemption form. You can find more information on requirements, exemptions and more on the COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement webpage.
