Request My Transcript

Current Students & Recent Alumni (Attended Since 1986)

  1. You will need your username and password to access the system. 
  2. To recover your username, visit Get My Username. This will provide you with your username and UCID number (M#). If you have changed your name since you attended UC, try searching by your former name. 
  3. With your username and UCID number, the IT@UC Help Desk can reset your password. Call them at (513)556-4357 to request a password reset. 
  4. Log into Catalyst to order your transcript. Select the My Academics tab, then Grades/Transcript/Enroll Cert, then Request Official Transcript
  5. For an unofficial transcript, select View My Unofficial Record.
  6. Order an eTranscript or paper transcript. eTranscripts are delivered as a PDF via email. Paper transcripts are mailed through the US Postal Service. 

 

Attendance Prior to 1986 (Non-Access to Catalyst Portal)

  1. Navigate to Parchment to order your transcript. 
  2. If you are able to recover your username from the Get My Username tool, please refer to the instructions for Current Students and Recent Alumni. 
  3. If you have ordered a transcript through Parchment before, log in using your email address and password. 
  4. If you have never ordered a transcript before, create an account with Parchment. 
  5. Once your account is created, proceed to Parchment to order your transcript.
  6. Order an eTranscript or paper transcript. eTranscripts are delivered as a PDF via email. Paper transcripts are mailed through the US Postal Service. 
  7. After your order is complete, you can monitor the processing status of your transcript by logging back into Parchment and selecting Order Status at the top of the page.  

Important Transcript Information

  • Grades and Degree Candidates: To verify your degree, select Graduation/Commencement from your My Academics tab in Catalyst. Then, select View Graduation Status to see your degree conferral status. If your graduation status is pending, your degree will not yet be listed on your transcript. Check your final grades by selecting the Grades/Transcript/Enroll Cert menu, then View My Grades.
  • Processing Time and Fees: Most transcripts will be processed within 1-3 business days, but could take up to 5-7 business days during peak times, such as the end of the semester.  Transcript requests for alumni and former students who attended the University before 1999 may require additional processing time as their secure records must be retrieved from University archives.  Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, changed, held, or refunded.  The cost of each electronic transcript ordered is $8.50.  The cost of each paper transcript ordered is $11.00.  Paper transcripts are provided with mail tracking information; and, express shipping may be purchased for an additional cost.
  • Delivery: Notifications will be sent to your email directly from Parchment indicating the progress of your request for an eTranscript. If you are having your transcript sent to your UC email account, check your Junk Mail folder for communications from Parchment and your eTranscript delivery.
