At his or her discretion, the class instructor may authorize an individual student to enroll a closed class.
To add a "closed" class to his/her schedule, the student must bring a completed Registration Change (Add/Drop) Form (or a Registration Form if the student is not already registered for at least one class) to the One Stop Student Services Center, or to a branch college's registration office. The form must be signed by the class instructor.
Alterations to the student's schedule involving the addition of one or more classes, changes in class sections, or changes in credit status, may be submitted by logging into Catalyst or by submitting a Registration Change (Add/Drop) Form to the One Stop Student Services Center, or to a branch college's registration office.
Note: Please view the appropriate Dates and Deadlines calendar for the term to confirm the dates that you are able to add or drop classes.
Completing the Basic Data Form is the first step to registering for classes. The Basic Data Form enables the UC Registrar to update or create your student record. After submitting the Basic Data Form, it will take a day or two to enter all the information into our student database. Then you will be able to register for classes. Learn more.
To provide a more efficient certification process, University of Cincinnati has contracted with National Student Clearinghouse to process all enrollment verification requests. You can print an enrollment verification certificate by visiting the Enrollment and Degree Certification page.
Please note, enrollment certifications for each term will be available starting on the first day of classes for that term. They are not available prior to that first day of classes.
You can print an official copy of your grade report by signing in to view your online grade report.
You can also order an official copy of your transcript for a copy of your entire academic record at UC. To do this, click the "Request My Transcript" link at the top of the page.
An "NG" grade means that no grade has been reported by the instructor. Please contact your instructor for resolution regarding your grade. For a description of other grades, please visit Grading Scales and Definitions.
Final grades are due to be submitted by instructors by the Wednesday following the last day of the semester. Your grade report will be available online once at least your first grade for the term is recorded.
