I do not live on campus. Can the Campus Life Fee be waived?
The Campus Life Fee is a required tuition fee and cannot be waived.
What is the fee differential I see on my bill?
The Campus Differential Tuition fee required fee applies to any full-time branch campus (Clermont or Blue Ash) student who takes 50% or more of their classes offered by a main campus (Clifton/Uptown) college regardless of class location.
How can I have the late fee that I was charged waived?
Late payment fee waivers will only be considered on a case-by-case basis using strict guidelines. The Late Payment Interest charge is non-refundable and not eligible for waiving or refunding.

I’m receiving monies from an outside agency, and I won’t receive the funds by the bill due date. What can I do to avoid a late fee?
Students are responsible for ensuring their bill is paid in full by the due date. If funds from an external sponsor will not be submitted by the due date, we recommend that you pay the balance in full. A refund will be issued for any resulting credit balance on the account when the external funds are received.
I don’t have enough money to pay all of my bill by the due date. What are my payment options?

You can locate the reason and contact information regarding your service block by viewing your bill.
Note: The reason for your service block must be resolved in order to have the the service block(s) lifted.
I’ve paid my past due bill in full today. How soon will the service blocks be removed from my bill?
Once the payment has posted to your account, the service block(s) will be removed within 24-48 hours.
