Students that would like to use their school address as their address of residence to register and vote in the November 6 Election may obtain a UC Identification Letter online. If you don't have an Ohio driver's license, State of Ohio ID card, or a military ID, you can use a document supplied by University of Cincinnati that shows your name and your local address. Uptown campus will temporarily be unable to accept cash for tuition and fee payments due to the relocation of the Cashier's Office. New payment kiosks will be available in the near future to accept cash payments. During this transition, students or payers can remit payments online or by check or money order.

You will be able to go online to view and pay your 2013 Fall Semester (13FS) bill beginning in June. A notice will be sent to your UC e-mail when bills are made available. (Exception: If you have been approved for On-Campus Housing next year, you will have a fall bill that includes housing charges ONLY. Tuition and other fees will be added to your bill in June.)
You may go online to view your 2012 Fall Semester (12FS) bill. Students can also apply to waive their student health insurance coverage for 12FS.
Summer Semester bill payments were due April 26. Student billing accounts with unpaid balances will be assessed late payment fees on June 30. Please note that students with unpaid summer balances may be subject to fall class cancellation. Learn more . . .

Due to the continued inaccessibility of online services, the deadline to withdraw from a class(es) in the full term (11U) of Summer Quarter 2011 has been extended through August 19.
The deadline to waive your summer semester student health insurance fee is May 24. Have you submitted a waiver but still see the charge on your bill? You can use the "Check My Waiver Status" link to monitor the status of your submitted waiver. Waiver processing may take up to 30 days. Contact Student Health Insurance at (513) 556-6868 for more information.
The processing of student health insurance waivers is NOT immediate. The Student Health Insurance Office (513-556-6868) reviews waivers before approving or denying submissions. Use the "Check My Waiver Status" link listed under MY BILL below the 'waive insurance' link to monitor the status of your submitted waiver. For questions, contact the Student Health Insurance Office.

Find important information regarding your autumn quarter bill at the View/Pay Bill link. The deadline to enroll in a payment plan for autumn term is September 21.
If you still have a credit balance after your first refund, the remaining credit balance refund will be processed by the third week of the semester. View your bill at that time to verify that your refund has been processed.
Direct deposit refund processing has begun for all undergraduate students with a remaining credit balance. The expected date for deposit of these funds is January 20. Please CHECK THE DATE OF YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT REFUND ON YOUR BILL to confirm when your refund will be deposited. Paper check refund processing will begin on Friday, January 20.

Winter Quarter grades are officially available online on Thursday, March 22. However, once at least one letter grade has been reported for your 12W class(es), you will then be able to view your grades online, prior to Mar. 22.

If you had an estimated Pell Grant on your bill it has purposefully been removed. We have to review winter grades to ensure Pell eligibility, so you may not see the Pell Grant until Friday, March 25 at the earliest, if you are eligible.
